Meet a Motivator = Janna in YYC
Janna is the strength and conditioning specialist at Rumble. She has gone from a competitive rugby athlete to overweight and struggling with nutrition and fitness, to finding her own balance of health and fitness. As a result she relates to people at every stage of their fitness journey and is passionate about helping people feel strong, powerful and in charge of their goals! Janna believes that everyone goes through struggle or suffering at some point in their life, but it’s about how you find strength within yourself to overcome adversity that makes you who you are. Being and feeling strong is different to everyone!
